Nick Johnston Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Fort Wayne

Nick Johnston has joined the corporate group at the Faegre Baker Daniels' Fort Wayne office.

Johnston guides clients through corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, other complex transactions, and general business matters.

Before joining FaegreBD, Johnston was an associate at an Indianapolis-based law firm where he served as primary counsel on a variety of labor and employment consulting and litigation matters, including wage and hour class and collective actions, employment contract disputes, and discrimination claims.

Johnston earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He received his M.B.A. from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Purdue University.
