Abbott, Fiterman, Stewart and Wildung Named 2019 BTI Client Service All-Stars

Faegre Baker Daniels partners Michael Abbott, Amy Fiterman, Michael Stewart and Wendy Wildung have been selected as 2019 BTI Client Service All-Stars.

BTI’s All-Star designation is reserved for attorneys who stand out with corporate counsel for providing top client service. Clients recognize attorneys who demonstrate superior client focus and innovative thought leadership, have an exceptional ability to understand their business, consistently exceed expectations, possess excellent legal skills and depth of knowledge, and deliver outstanding results. Only 335 attorneys were selected for recognition in 2019.

Abbott is a partner in the firm’s corporate group, where he focuses on solving corporate and finance law challenges for clients ranging from startups and emerging growth companies to Fortune 500 corporations. He advises on strategic transactions and governance matters, including M&A, joint venture and capital transactions.

Fiterman is a partner in FaegreBD’s product liability and environmental practice. She helps clients defend their products facing class action, mass tort and multidistrict litigation. She has served as trial, national, regional and local counsel in such actions involving a wide variety of products, with a focus on the drug and medical device industries.

Stewart is a partner and leader of the firm’s finance and restructuring practice. He represents lenders, investors, purchasers and contract counterparties in restructuring and insolvency matters, and in all aspects of structuring, documenting and collecting secured loans.

Wildung is a partner in FaegreBD’s business litigation practice. She has handled cases in more than 40 federal and state courts across the country involving a wide range of legal issues, including securities, real estate, environmental and product warranties, and has defended more than 75 class actions.
