Chris Dolan, Faegre Baker Daniels partner, has been named a 2019 ‘Business of Pride’ honoree by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal (MSPBJ).

The awards recognize outstanding LGBTQ business professionals, allies and/or advocates in the Twin Cities. Furthermore, the MSPBJ examined professional successes attained by nominees, in addition to how they are making a difference regarding the advancement of equality in the business world.

Dolan is a skilled litigator at Minnesota’s largest law firm, where he co-leads FaegreBD’s energy and natural resources industry team. In his practice, Dolan specializes in environmental and natural resources litigation, environmental review, administrative proceedings, permitting and compliance matters.

Furthermore, Dolan frequently uses his legal talents for those less fortunate, by representing many clients on a pro bono basis. Working free-of-charge, Dolan has successfully represented LGBTQ clients in precedent-setting civil rights cases. Dolan openly identifies as LGBTQ and he knows first hand the challenges such individuals face, which is why he has dedicated a substantial portion of his professional career and community service, to achieve remarkable milestones for the LGBTQ community.

Dolan and other ‘Business of Pride’ honorees will be recognized during an awards event on June 12 in Minneapolis.
