Please join the Appellate Advocacy practice of Faegre Baker Daniels on Thursday, July 18 in Indianapolis for a review of significant U.S. Supreme Court decisions from the term ending in June, including the gay marriage decisions as well as those addressing the constitutionality of race-conscious admission policies in higher education, the rules for class actions and the patentability of human genes.

Members of the Faegre Baker Daniels Appellate Advocacy group will present case highlights, analyze what the decisions mean for business, and entertain questions on Supreme Court developments.
