Inaugural Franchise & Distribution Corporate Counsel Forum

Lawyers working as in-house counsel for franchise and distribution companies are invited to join us on September 11-12, 2013, for a conference addressing real world issues facing franchise and distribution organizations. The program will not focus specifically on "franchise" topics, but instead will cover a broad range of legal issues faced by lawyers advising franchise/distribution executives.

We begin the program on September 11 with a "can't miss" event – a dynamic and in-depth conversation among Bill Killion and Kerry Bundy from Faegre Baker Daniels and Michael Dady and Ron Gardner from Dady and Gardner, four of the best franchise litigators in the world. This portion of the event is open to franchise lawyers, franchise executives and multiunit franchisees.

Darrell Johnson from FRANdata will keynote our September 12 session, which is limited to in-house franchise and distribution lawyers. The balance of the program will feature roundtables and panel discussions designed around what our attendees identify as the most pressing challenges or opportunities they see in their organizations. As you register, we will ask you to identify three to five topics (general or specific) that if we covered during the program would make an absolute difference to you and your organization.
