About the Program
Events shape perceptions, perceptions become beliefs and beliefs become the basis for our unique world view. Welcome to the new world of work. Understanding the lens through which each generation views the world will go a long way in understanding how to manage, lead, mentor, attract and retain talent in the legal profession. In this program, we will delve into these different lenses, giving attendees of all generations insight into how to navigate the multi-generational and multi-ethnic workplace as well as knowledge needed to best serve clients across such differences.
