Public Benefit Corporation Act - Effective April 1, 2014

William Callison, partner in FaegreBD's real estate practice, will be one of two presenters at at Colorado Bar Assocation CLE program on Colorado's public benefit corporation. Both Callison and co-presenter Herrick Lidstone were on the front lines of the drafting and passage of the Public Benefit Corporation Act (PCBA). 
 
The PCBA, which takes effect on April 1, 2014, will allow Colorado corporations to elect the status of being a "public benefit corporation." The seminar will cover the following topics related to this new incorporation option:
