OSHA's Electronic Reporting Rules

What You Can Do Now In Preparation For Compliance With Reporting Obligations, OSHA Review and Inspection Activity

Overview

This webinar session will discuss recent changes to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) injury/illness reporting requirements, including new requirements for electronic reporting.  It will also cover the anti-retaliation comments issued by OSHA in connection with the new rule. Further, we will discuss how to prepare and what to expect following:

  • Electronic submission of such information
  • Reporting of employee hospitalizations/fatalities/amputations/loss of an eye.

We will also provide specific suggestions for  low-cost preparatory actions employers can take right now that will deliver high value in the future, especially in the event  of an OSHA inspection/investigation.

There is no charge to attend; however, you must register in advance.

An application for standard Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit will be submitted in Indiana and Minnesota. An application for Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) credit will also be submitted.
