2016 Indiana Environmental Conference

Overview

Max Kelln, Olivia Lucas and Andrew Wheeler of Faegre Baker Daniels will share their expertise at the Indiana Chamber's 2016 Environmental Conference.

Max Kelln will co-present on how to evaluate whether a project impacts a "Waters of the U.S." and challenge an adverse jurisdictional determination, as well as how to determine when a plant change requires an air permit modification.

Olivia Lucas will speak on new source review (NSR) routine maintenance, repair and replacement compliance and the boundaries of EPA enforcement.

Andrew Wheeler will discuss how a new administration and a new Congress will impact environmental policy and what to look for in a testing contractor.
