Preparing for the New Global Privacy Standard

On May 25, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will introduce the most significant changes to data privacy laws in a generation, including a number of new rights and obligations which potentially require significant changes to internal systems and processes. These changes will affect practically every business which operates or sells internationally, and the GDPR is likely to become the new global standard. The rules and regulatory guidance are complex and not always clear-cut, and they require businesses to make significant judgment calls.

Join us for an interactive seminar which draws on our experience of GDPR projects across a number of business sectors and will provide updates on the latest regulatory guidance and what it means for U.S. businesses, insights into key steps to take in the final weeks of preparations, and practical guidance on:
