Fiterman Sees Fed Circuit's Decision as a Guide to Avoiding Spoliation Sanctions
In an article she co-authored for DRI, Amy Fiterman explains how the Federal Circuit addressed a split between the district courts of Delaware and California in two patent infringement cases involving Rambus, a technology licensing company.
