New SEC Policy Likely to Aid Boulder Startups

Matching supply and demand in the capital-formation process has always been one of the great challenges in the creation of a startup. Entrepreneurs find it time consuming to raise capital, while investors have difficulty finding great ideas, leadership teams and investment opportunities.
