The Implications of TTIP for U.S. and U.K. Business and the Likely Effect of Brexit

In an article published in Real Business, Bob Kabel, Stephen Llewellyn and Tomas Varga—Faegre Baker Daniels counsel, counsel and associate, respectively— assessed the business implications of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) between the U.S. and the E.U.

"[TTIP] would establish a more robust trade and investment relationship than that which currently exists between the world's two largest economies," the article said.

The article also discussed how the possible Brexit could impact ongoing TTIP negotiations.
