Data Protection and Brexit: Where UK Businesses Will Stand With GDPR

In an article published by Information Age, Faegre Baker Daniels partner Huw Beverley-Smith discussed possible data privacy implications of the Brexit. One of the main concerns for the United Kingdom would be a necessary increase in data protection security in order to continue operating across jurisdictions. This would halt many trade deals between it and the European Union.
