Sylvia St. Clair Quoted in Hotel News Now About Ways to Improve Guest Privacy

In an article for Hotel News Now, Faegre Baker Daniels associate Sylvia St. Clair shared her thoughts on how the hotel industry should learn from the Erin Andrews case and take steps to improve guest privacy. She specifically referenced the need for training front desk employees.

“You want a statement to give to (anyone) requesting information,” St. Clair said. “Make sure employees know if they are receiving these types of requests, and the person requesting is continually asking, they shouldn’t hesitate to get their manager or GM involved.”
