The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission survey through which to file annual EEO-1 Reports is now open for 2017. Federal law requires all private employers with 100 or more employees (and federal government contractors with 50 or more employees and a contract or subcontract of $50,000 or more) to provide employment data by race/ethnicity, gender and job categories

The deadline to file the annual EEO-1 Report was recently revised from September 30 to March 31.
