Kevin Toner and Harmony Mappes were mentioned in The Indiana Lawyer for their gerrymandering-related pro bono work in the state of Michigan. The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan found that congressional and legislative maps violated voters' rights to free speech, association and equal protection.
