Overview

Cristina Audran-Proca facilitates private equity, venture capital and other M&A transactions in Europe and beyond. She has more than a decade of experience advising companies on international corporate mergers and acquisitions and other cross-border transactions, in Central and Southeastern Europe, Turkey, France and beyond.

Investments & Transactions

Cristina has advised investment funds of all sizes, consortia of private equity funds, management teams, entrepreneurs seeking venture or private equity backing, and corporates on various transactions and projects such as sell-side, buy-side, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, recaps, secondaries, refinancings, various rounds of financing and fund formation projects. Her expertise extends to financing, restructuring and capital markets transactions in emerging markets.

Industry Expertise

Cristina’s experience cuts across sectors, including telecom and technology, life sciences, financial services, transportation and retail/consumer goods.

Past Experience

Cristina started her career at a Magic Circle firm and subsequently practiced in the Bucharest and London offices of large British and U.S. law firms. She is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.

Personal Interests

Cristina loves hiking, running, skiing, ballet dancing and painting…and playing silly games with her young daughter.
