Overview

Courtney Baga litigates and resolves complex commercial disputes, focusing on insurance policyholder litigation, trade secret and non-compete litigation, and complex contract disputes. She has experience working for clients on appellate matters, class actions, business torts, financial disputes, insurance recovery, franchise litigation and government investigations.

Courtney has assisted with complex corporate depositions to support clients’ cases.

Past Experience

Prior to joining FaegreBD, Courtney worked as summer associate at Faegre Baker Daniels, a judicial extern for Judge Patrick Schiltz in the District of Minnesota and a law clerk at Kosieradzki Smith.
