Jessica Barth is well acquainted with the challenges of operating a public health system, and she partners with clients to manage them effectively. Jessica gained practical expertise during her 13-year tenure as chief counsel at Eskenazi Health — one of the largest public health systems in the United States — and can advise on a wide range of matters, from the handling of a medical staff investigation to the structuring of a strategic partnership with a public or private entity. Jessica strives above all to avoid risk and to identify and correct potential problems before they emerge. When a crisis does arise, Jessica takes a calm, measured and practical approach developed over years of daily crisis management.

Jessica understands that health care companies must adapt constantly to a changing environment, and she can provide guidance to find the right path forward, whether the change is necessary to better serve patients or to comply with regulatory and accreditation standards.
