Raechel represents clients in putative class actions alleging imprudent investment of plan assets, failure to monitor recordkeeping fees, and alleged misrepresentations and fraud in plan documents. She also represents clients in individual disputes regarding the payment of benefits under Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs).
Raechel represents both plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust matters brought in federal court. She has represented clients in cases brought by the federal government, business competitors and consumers.
Commercial Contract Disputes
Raechel has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex contract disputes in the telecommunications, component manufacturing, retail, and food and beverage industries. Recent representative matters include the representation of franchisors in disputes alleging breach of franchise agreement and representation of a manufacturer in a post-acquisition dispute.
