Lauren provides strategy and management consulting for clients across the health care and biosciences fields, covering topics from research and clinical trials to health care delivery models. She works on high-profile programs and collaborates with diverse stakeholder groups to solve complex challenges. Lauren’s strong project management skills help clients hit milestones and complete deliverables on schedule. Her academic background in health policy, grounded in the study of biological sciences, allows her to grasp clients’ priorities and identify paths to success.

Patient Advocacy

Lauren collaborates with patient advocacy organizations on strategies that advance their patient communities’ interests. She focuses on improving clinical trials processes, increasing access to affordable drugs, advancing approaches for managing chronic conditions, and funding research and public health programs. Across these subject matter areas, Lauren helps clients navigate projects before Congress and collaborations with private sector companies, foundations and the federal government. She leads day-to-day project management, creates strategic presentations and written deliverables, and conducts stakeholder engagement. Lauren helps clients identify and overcome challenges to better achieve their missions.

Federal Government Expertise

Prior to joining FaegreBD Consulting, Lauren served in multiple positions as a management consultant and project manager involving multiple federal agencies. This gave Lauren a strong understanding of federal contracts and business development tactics. Lauren has particular expertise working with the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense. She works with clients to identify and pursue contract opportunities within the federal space, including cultivating relationships with partners and supporting the development of materials related to contract pursuit.
