Emily Bodtke defends food and agribusiness industry clients and medical device manufacturers as a member of the firm’s nationally ranked product liability practice. She represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including consumer fraud and other class actions, personal injury, and contract disputes.

Past Experience

Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Emily served as a law clerk on the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, researching legal issues and drafting bench memoranda and opinions. She also worked as a summer associate at FaegreBD and a legal intern at Dow Corning Corporation.

Personal Interests

Emily grew up on a family blueberry farm in southwest Michigan. In her free time, she reads fiction and history, and runs.
