Patrick Bottini assists clients in complex litigation, focusing on intellectual property. Patrick enjoys patent cases because they offer unique opportunities for problem-solving in the space where technology and legal advocacy converge. His experience includes multiple patent infringement cases in the District of Delaware and Eastern District of Texas.

Legal Design

Patrick is a founding member of the firm’s Design Lab, focusing on visual advocacy and communication. Patrick is one of the firm’s leading authorities on the application of visual design principles to legal practice and has applied that expertise to various trials, oral arguments and motions papers in federal court.
