Julianne helps companies navigate the complex world of FDA-regulated drug and device development and product commercialization. She has experience with the many varied aspects of regulated human subjects research, particularly relating to clinical trial contracting. Additionally, she works with companies to compliantly advertise and promote drugs and devices, with a particular focus on company websites, and to produce and disseminate health education materials for a wide variety of disease states.
Julianne helps clients negotiate clinical trial agreements, draft pre-clinical trial agreements and review informed consents and HIPAA authorizations. She also has experience advising and representing clients in other health law matters, including physician employment contracting and the regulation of health care professionals at both a state and federal level.

Past Experience

During law school, Julianne spent time with Faegre Baker Daniels as a health care law clerk and summer associate.
