Overview

Andy Buroker provides legal counsel to clients with interests at the intersection of commercial and real estate finance, real estate transactions and municipal government. Andy advises on complex real estate leasing and ownership transactions, land use and zoning entitlements, and development incentives. Within the energy and natural resources industry, he counsels on leasing and land use changes for solar and wind farm developments.

Andy is experienced in issues such as finance, closings, real estate conveyances, development, leasing, documentation drafting, title insurance, surveys, planning and zoning, and annexation.

Before entering private practice, Andy was the Zionsville, Indiana Town Attorney for 14 years.

Personal Interests

Andy is passionate about patient care and donor services. He assists with donor recruitment, fundraising and education at the National Marrow Donor Program and Stacy McKay Foundation and has personally donated blood, apheresis and bone marrow.

Andy is an avid mountain climber, having summited 3 of the 7 Summits and numerous other peaks.

A patron of the arts, Andy has both supported and participated in community theater.
