Maureen (Molly) Buscher advises clients in construction contract drafting and risk assessment. She also litigates disputes in construction and automation projects and real estate matters, including title insurance coverage and defense. Her experience includes assisting in drafting the integrated project delivery contracts for an $80 million manufacturing project.

Prior to joining FaegreBD, Molly was an associate at Riley Bennett & Egloff. She advised clients in medical malpractice, workers' compensation and construction matters.
