Overview

Robert Campbell resolves high-profile and high-value actions on behalf of clients. He is particularly experienced in the financial services sectors, including in disputes concerning the Financial Conduct Authority. In addition to commercial actions in the High Court and appellant courts, he has acted in numerous international arbitrations under the auspices of the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, JAMS and other bodies.
Robert also advises on regulatory investigations, including disputes with the Financial Services Ombudsman, and acts for clients on professional negligence cases. He leads the London dispute resolution practice.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Robert practiced at Freshfields, Hogan Lovells and Halliwells. He has also enjoyed extensive in-house experience from being a senior secondee to Legal & General's group legal department.
