Emily Chow resolves business disputes and guides deals across regulatory hurdles. She is a skilled litigator with a focus on antitrust and complex commercial litigation. Emily advises clients on antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and regularly advocates for clients involved in government investigations and litigation.
