Overview

Emily Chow resolves business disputes and guides deals across regulatory hurdles. She is a skilled litigator with a focus on antitrust and complex commercial litigation. Emily also advises clients on antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and regularly advocates for clients involved in government investigations and litigation.

Antitrust Litigation and Counseling

Emily has extensive experience in class action and multiparty antitrust litigation, and with representing clients in antitrust investigations brought by government regulators. Recently, she has been involved in defending multiple class action lawsuits alleging price- and wage-fixing by major U.S. protein suppliers. Emily also advises clients in various industries — including food, retail and logistics — on the potential competitive impact of proposed transactions and premerger-notification filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.

Commercial Litigation

Emily represents clients, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in complex commercial litigation, ranging from multimillion-dollar breach-of-contract disputes to fraud actions, in federal court and in arbitration.
