Amy Comer is a solution-driven deal-maker who manages all aspects of high-value, complex corporate transactions across cultures and borders. With a background living and practicing in the United States, Russia and the United Kingdom, Amy understands both the legal and cultural factors that affect deals. She applies this experience and a collaborative attitude to negotiate and close mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships in established and emerging markets worldwide. In the past five years she has advised on aggregate deals totaling over £6 billion. Amy also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.

Transactional Breadth

Amy has advised on transactions and deals in the U.K., Europe, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Egypt, Turkey, Russia, South Africa, the UAE, Kazakhstan and Israel. Client she represents include:

Amy specialises in financial matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, restructurings, and corporate and project financing transactions.

During intellectual property and technology transactions, Amy advocates for clients in negotiating and implementing intellectual property licensing agreements, technology transfer programs and technology acquisitions.
