Bob Dillon helps clients create and administer estate and family business succession plans. Bob also advises nonprofit organizations on legal matters ranging from formation to compliance, governance, risk management and charitable giving.

Wealth Management Expertise

Bob counsels high net worth individuals, fiduciaries and beneficiaries in wealth management matters, including:

  • Developing estate plans for high net worth clients
  • Preparing wills, lifetime directives and trust agreements
  • Developing succession plans for closely held businesses
  • Opening estates and overseeing the administration and distribution through closing of those estates

Past Experience

Bob gained experience as a summer associate with Faegre Baker Daniels. He developed a perspective on the civil and criminal judicial systems through internships with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana and Marion County Superior Court.
