Overview

Colin Dougherty practices in Faegre Baker Daniels’ finance and restructuring group where he represents clients in complex restructuring transactions, both in and out of court. He practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, business reorganization, secured transactions, creditors' rights and banking law. Colin has significant experience representing banks, commercial finance companies, DIP lenders, investment service companies, creditors’ committees, suppliers and other creditors on a national basis.
