Overview

Chad Drown is an advocate and trial lawyer, helping clients win their most complex cases in front of judges and juries. He is particularly experienced in patent litigation and patent jury trials. He has presented closing arguments and conducted direct and cross-examinations of fact and expert witnesses in multiple patent jury trials. His cases have touched on a wide variety of intellectual property, from hard disk drives to surgical methods to GPS-based traffic preemption technology.

In addition to jury trials, Chad has successfully argued appeals before the Federal Circuit and worked on IP cases in the District of Delaware, Eastern District of Texas, Eastern District of Virginia, Northern District of Illinois, Central District of California, Northern District of California, Western District of Pennsylvania, Western District of Washington and Northern District of Ohio.
