Katie A. Feiereisel



Katie Feiereisel represents clients in intellectual property litigation involving false advertising, trademarks, copyrights and patents. Katie is a federal court litigator with extensive experience in preliminary injunctions, temporary restraining orders and at trial. Katie's experience also includes discovery, trial matters and appeals. Katie also handles inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board.

In addition to her litigation practice, Katie is knowledgeable about the publishing industry and counsels content creators and publishers on a wide array of legal issues.

Past Experience

During law school, Katie twice served as a summer associate with Faegre Baker Daniels and as a litigation intern with a New York City law firm. She also chaired Columbia's Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Society and was a Legal Practice Workshop teaching fellow.

Prior to law school, Katie worked as a literary agent in New York City, representing non-fiction authors in the book publishing process.
