Anthony Finnell helps clients defend, resolve, prevent and manage product liability issues and litigation as part of a product liability team that has collectively tried hundreds of cases.

Past Experience

Anthony gained litigation knowledge and legal research and writing experience as a judicial law clerk in the Illinois Appellate Court and the Circuit Court of Cook County. His litigation focus is complemented by transactional and governance experience obtained during a clerkship with the National Collegiate Athletic Association and an internship with Cummins, Inc., where he drafted memoranda on products liability and other legal issues.
