Overview
Dave Foster provides legal and business counsel to financial institutions, entrepreneurs, corporations and other business entities. He represents commercial lenders and financial institutions in connection with loan origination and documentation (including secured, unsecured and mezzanine lending, and real estate mortgage and construction lending) and UCC issues. He also represents lenders with respect to troubled credits in the areas of bankruptcy, restructurings and workouts, creditors' rights, foreclosure and receivership actions. Dave represents public and private companies and other clients in financial transactions and related issues. In addition, he has represented individuals, business entities and airlines in aircraft financing and leasing transactions.
