Jesse Goldfarb handles a variety of real estate matters, including commercial real estate transactions and real estate finance matters. He represents corporations, developers, borrowers, landlords and tenants in a wide variety of matters involving office, industrial, retail and tax credits.

Jesse served as a summer associate at Faegre Baker Daniels, where he assisted several groups.

During law school, he served as a law clerk at Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid, where he worked in the benefits group helping clients obtain social security and disability benefits. He also served as student director of the Detainee Rights Immigration Clinic at the Binger Center for New Americans and worked as a research assistant for Professor Fionnuala Ni Aolain, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms while countering terrorism.

Personal Interests

During his free time, Jesse can be found running along the Mississippi River, walking his dog around the neighborhood and watching Minnesota sports teams find new and creative ways to lose.
