BJ has experience representing clients before state and federal courts and has experience assisting clients through litigation and discovery, as well as government and internal investigations. He also helps national, regional and local businesses navigate complex workforce issues before fair employment law practice agencies. BJ is also a civil mediator.
Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, BJ served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Tanya Walton Pratt of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and legal extern for the Office of the Indiana Governor. He also worked as a summer associate and diversity and inclusion fellow at FaegreBD.
During law school, BJ served on the IU McKinney Diversity Committee, taught as a teaching assistant for Professor Carlton Waterhouse and clerked as a summer associate at an Indianapolis law firm.
