Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets Transactions

Miranda represents buyers and sellers in acquiring and selling companies. She also advises issuers and underwriters through registered offerings and private securities transactions in the debt and equity capital markets.

Corporate Governance

Miranda counsels public companies on SEC reporting requirements, stock exchange listing standards, disclosure issues and day-to-day corporate governance matters. She has advised clients such as Archer-Daniels-Midland Company and Fair Isaac Corporation.

Personal Interests

Miranda enjoys traveling and trying out new vegetarian recipes.
