Sarah Huddleston collaborates with clients and attorneys on immigration and global mobility matters. She primarily drafts applications for filing with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, including H-1B and L petitions, I-130 family-based immigrant petitions, and I-485 adjustment of status applications.
Sarah has also helped prepare applications for E1 and E2 visas, submitted with the U.S. Department of State’s consular offices abroad. Sarah’s expertise also includes I-9 and immigration compliance, helping attorneys conduct internal audits for corporate clients, and assisting in drafting and organizing responses to government audits.

Past Experience

After graduating from Hamline University, Sarah joined Faegre Baker Daniels as a legal administrative assistant, supporting immigration and global mobility attorneys and paralegals in the preparation of employment and family-based immigration petitions.
