Overview

Kristin Jameson partners with clients to achieve business-driven outcomes in the areas of commercial leasing and institutional lending and low-income housing. 

Commercial Leasing

Kris represents both landlord and tenant clients in drafting, reviewing and negotiating office, warehouse and retail leases in locations across the country. In addition, she has reviewed and prepared lease amendments, assignment and assumption agreements, estoppel certificates and subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements.

Institutional Lending

Kris has been closely involved with the group's representation of lenders in the financing and refinancing of commercial properties, where she reviews title work, surveys, organizational documents and other due diligence, to coordinate loan closings, and to follow up on post-closing matters.

Low Income Housing

Kris has assisted in representing developers of low-income housing tax credit projects on Indian lands across the country. In that capacity, she has worked with tribal housing authorities, consultants and investors in forming limited partnerships and preparing required documents and opinions.
