Overview
Tom Jensen helps U.S. and international employers develop strategies to facilitate the employment of top talent in the U.S. He provides legal advice and advocacy to secure authorization to employ foreign nationals in the U.S. on a temporary or permanent basis.
Tom has been practicing law since 1991, but the life experience of adopting a baby boy from Korea moved him to switch his legal focus to immigration law in the late 1990s. Since then, Tom and his wife have adopted daughters from Korea and China.
