Overview

Carla Johnson has extensive experience representing a Fortune 500 global manufacturer and a Fortune 500 medical device company, regional health systems and multifamily developers in real estate transactions. In addition to working with corporate clients, Carla partners with single-asset investors, regional developers, owners, tenants and landlords in an array of transactional matters, including financing, leasing, acquiring and disposing of real property.
