Compliance
Zeke advises U.S. and non-U.S. investment managers on the Investment Advisers Act, the Commodity Exchange Act, Regulation D and Dodd-Frank compliance issues.
Past Experience
Before joining FaegreBD, Zeke was general counsel at Black River Asset Management LLC, a large alternative asset manager. At Black River he oversaw legal matters related to more than $7 billion in assets and managed an international team of attorneys. He is a former investment funds partner of Sidley Austin LLP, Chicago.
