Overview

Allison Katona brings a meticulous touch to the immigration and global mobility practice, working with attorneys and clients on U.S. immigration matters. She primarily supports clients on preparing and filing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions and on I-9 compliance audits and issues.

Allison has extensive experience with the following petition types:

  • Adjustment of status (AOS) applications
  • I-140s

  • H-1Bs
  • L-1s

  • EB petitions

In addition, she has a wealth of cross-sector experience, having worked with clients in manufacturing, information technology, food and beverage production, agribusiness and other industries.

Prior to being promoted to paralegal, Allison was a legal administrative assistant at the firm, supporting legal professionals with immigration matters. She prepared visa applications and maintained a tracking system for various applications filed with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
