Ena Kaur assists clients with many aspects of employee benefit plan design and governance, regulatory compliance, employee benefits issues in corporate transactions, and executive compensation.

Before joning Faegre Baker Daniels, Ena was a legal intern at the Notre Dame Tax Clinic where she assisted clients in resolving federal tax controversies by navigating them through the IRS administrative process. She was also a Peggy Browning Fellow at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters where she reviewed and drafted guidance on implementing provisions within a newly ratified collective bargaining agreement.

Personal Interests

When she’s not in the office, Ena enjoys traveling, being an active part of her community, interior design and cooking.
