Kristy Kendall has more than a decade of experience in case management. She supports clients in employment litigation matters, including trial preparation, document drafting and preparation of pre-trial submissions and exhibits.

Kristy’s experience includes disputes related to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also supports matters before state and federal trial courts, the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
