Moving product liability matters through the pipeline is Todd Klukow’s specialty. A seasoned paralegal, Todd leverages more than two decades of experience underpinning the operations at intellectual property litigation practices to support attorneys in high-stakes disputes over client products.

Todd has assisted attorneys in all aspects of protection, enforcement and litigation. He has particular expertise with:

  • Managing complex document collection, review and production.
  • Spearheading all aspects of e-discovery.
  • Overall case management. 

Prior Experience

Todd first worked as a senior paralegal for a national litigation-focused law firm before transitioning into a paralegal role with staffing firm Robert Half International. Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Todd was a paralegal for a prominent B2B law firm in Minneapolis, where he focused on complex patent infringement litigation as well as national class action and residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) litigation.
