Overview

Gary Laitner helps clients grow internationally through cross-border mergers and acquisitions while navigating antitrust issues. He also advises on corporate finance transactions and admission to London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

Gary has advised on major mergers and acquisitions of Fortune 500 companies. He has closed deals touching Europe, the United States, Australia and Asia for clients in industries such as logistics, software, media and publishing and industrial equipment. He has also represented investment firms in transactions.

Gary is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, and serves as co-leader of Faegre Baker Daniels' international team.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Gary was a partner at Crowell & Moring and a worldwide partner in the tax and legal practice of Arthur Andersen.
