U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Experience

As a former patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Mark developed an in-depth understanding of the regulatory side of patent prosecution. He also cultivated significant technical expertise outside of the legal profession, when he worked as an information technology consultant and database administrator. Mark expertise includes:
